David has extensive experience in representing closely held business enterprises, serving in a general counsel capacity and advising both the business and its owners in connection with tax and general corporate matters. He is most active representing parties in the start-up, acquisition, disposition and financing of business interests, and the implementation of growth strategies through joint ventures, venture capital financings and private placement funding.

David is the former chairman of the firm’s Management Committee.
