Craig Barbolla’s practice includes handling the many legal facets that come with running a business. Craig can take a company through its initial formation, all the way to mergers, acquisitions, and more. He enjoys diving into the puzzles of the business world, analyzing them, and bringing organization to the chaos. He also focuses his commercial experience on the oil and gas industry. Craig also brings to bear his excellent research and writing skills to the benefit of his clients’ estate planning and probate matters. He also handles litigation related to each of his areas of practice.

Craig was born and raised in Fort Worth and continues to make it his home, along with his wife, Kate, and his sons. As a liberal arts major, Craig has diverse tastes, including Russian history, world news, and Taylor Swift. He is also, for better or worse, a dedicated Notre Dame Football fan. When he has time away from the office, Craig is the first to admit he’s guilty of turning family vacations into forced marches through museums and historical sites when his wife would rather be at the beach or relaxing.
